We specialize in intimate elopements, and our packages are designed for small groups. This allows for a private and personal experience for you and your closest loved ones. We can accommodate 6 guests in attendance for elopements. Please note the restrictions for how many guests are allowed to stay in the accommodations during your elopement.

We can provide a list of recommended caterers in the area. We do not provide the food, or clean up the food - this is the responsibility of yourselves and or the caterer. We will work with the caterers to assist with planning for your day.

While our calendar is released one year at a time, we allow those booking elopements to book in advance.
Yes! We have built a customized arch for the ceremony and designated a location on the property in the tree canopy. That said, if you are looking for a specific location let us know during your consultation and we discuss the options and any additional fees.
Yes! We can work with our local guides to travel to remote adventurous photo locations throughout McGregor Bay, Baie Finn etc - additional fees to apply. Ask about these locations during your consultation. As well, this is only available for up to 4 guests maximum.
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties involved. It may vary depending on the circumstances of your cancellation and the package you have chosen. Please note, our cancellation policy only applies to the vendors provided and contracted by Among the Trees, any external vendors have their own cancellation policy and it is up to those parties to discuss those terms and conditions.
At the time of your booking we will take a 50% of the total deposit with 6 months before your date taking the remaining 50%. If you are booking with less than 6 months notice we will take the full fee up front.
Each of our packages varies depending on what you are looking for. However, there is no officiant, caterer, hair/makeup, included in any of the packages.
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure the date you are looking for. We will accept bookings up to 12 months in advance. If you have a shorter timeline, reach out and we can discuss further.
