Yes you can book both. We suggest contacting us sooner than later to ensure availability of both accommodations.

Yes. The Maple House is the larger of the domes, so we use this space for any private events and retreats.

The Maple House can sleep up to 4 guests. We can allow for an additional 2 guests to attend the event/retreat for the daytime ONLY. We are unable to offer the additional 2 guests nightly accommodations in the Maple House. That said, you can book the Canopy House for the additional 2 guests to sleep in.

Yes! All of our private events/retreats are 100% customizable. Therefore, you can book the space for multiple nights or multiple days. If you are looking for 1 day (not sleeping in the dome), that is an option too. Be sure to let us know what you are looking for during your consultation.

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties involved. It may vary depending on the circumstances of your cancellation and the package you have chosen. Please note, our cancellation policy only applies to the vendors provided and contracted by Among the Trees, any external vendors have their own cancelation policy and it is up to those parties to discuss those terms and conditions.
